In the age of big data, it is important to know what information to use to bring new perspective forward, and we will discuss how you can further develop this ability. Finally, you will learn how to navigate through conflicts and find ways to promote your work and your teamwork no matter what the situation.
Guest Speaker Information
Ben Martin is the Chief Data Analytics Officer at Hanesbrands Inc. He has responsibility for advanced analytic functions globally and has spent the last decade establishing analytics as a core competency at Hanes. He also leads the Global Planning function with global responsibility for demand planning, capacity planning, inventory planning, production planning and material planning. Ben received his Ph.D. from North Carolina State University and his expertise involves simulation-based optimization, process simulation, organization design & development and critical process improvement. He spends a lot of time mentoring his team members to ensure their success. Prior to joining Hanes, Ben consulted in a variety of business functions in the textile, apparel, automotive, medical device, cosmetic, semiconductor and healthcare industries.
By the end of the module, learners will know how to:
